Our guarantee
If a course is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will return what you paid.
Conditions
- The request must reach us within 30 days of the payment date.
- You must have completed less than 50% of the course. This protects instructors from people who finish a course and then ask for their money back.
- Certificates issued for a refunded course are revoked.
- Repeated refund requests across many purchases may be declined.
- Bundles are refunded as a whole, not course by course.
How to request one
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account with your order reference (it starts with
ORD- and is on your receipt and in your Orders page). Tell us briefly what did not work for you —
it helps us improve.
How long it takes
We review requests within [2] working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and depending on your bank or wallet provider the money usually appears within 5–10 working days. Access to the course ends when the refund is approved.
Affiliate commission
Commission earned on a refunded order is reversed.
