1. Who we are

2. Your account
You need an account to buy and take our courses. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details, and tell us if anything changes. One person, one account: accounts may not be shared.
3. Buying a course
Prices are shown on each course and bundle page and include any taxes we are required to charge. When your payment is confirmed you get access to that course for as long as we operate the platform. Access is personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
4. What you may and may not do with the content
All course material — videos, text, downloads and designs — belongs to us or our instructors. You may use it to learn. You may not copy it, share your login, record the lessons, or republish or resell the material in any form. Doing so ends your access without a refund.
5. Certificates
We issue a certificate once you complete every lesson in a course. A certificate confirms you finished our course; it is not an academic degree or a professional licence, and it does not guarantee any job or income.
6. Affiliate programme
Students may share a referral link and earn commission on purchases it brings in. The full rules — including how commission is approved and paid — are in the affiliate section of your dashboard. We may withhold commission from fraudulent, self-referred or spam-driven orders, and may end anyone's participation for abuse.

8. Changes and availability
We may update course material, add or retire courses, and change prices for future purchases. We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service.
9. Ending your access
You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases without a refund.
10. Liability
Our courses are educational material provided in good faith. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
11. Governing law
